It is FREE to list in our search facilities.
Any wildlife, nature or environmental site, reserve, place, event or local group can list for free in the search facilities.
Details can be sent via email to admin@gbwildlife.co.uk but if you have several entries (for example councils/ larger organisations) it may be easier to send the information on a spreadsheet or as a CSV file.
Information Needed
Name : Name of site/ reserve/ place/ event or group
Address: Please include post code if possible. If you do not have a postal address please give a grid reference or a good description of location.
Groups : Please give the address of your usual meeting place. This is so it can be plotted on the map. If you do not want the full address showing on the website let me know and your entry will show a reduced address ie, area, town and county BUT please still include the FULL address initially so that it can be ensured it is plotted on the map correctly. If you wish to discuss this please contact admin@gbwildlife.co.uk
Brief Description: Please send a brief description of the place/ event/ group you want listing.
Contact Details: Please provide contact details so that prospective visitors/ members can contact you. The more information the better – we can accept telephone numbers, email addresses and web site details. We will link to your website from your listing helping you to get more hits.
Admission details: Please give as much information as possible about admission times, prices, concessions etc.
Additional Info: Please feel free to give as much other information as possible for example, species likely to be seen, transport details including directions, age groups (if applicable), whether or not dogs are allowed etc. One photograph may also be sent preferably as a jpeg image – we will resize the image for you.
Important :We will add a note on each entry asking people to check with the venue/ organisation responsible before visiting/ attending. This is to ensure that there are no unforeseen circumstances that have led to sites being closed and events or meetings cancelled.
