Brief: Design a T-shirt that shows how you can encourage wildlife into a garden.

Use these suggestions along with any more you can think of to design a picture for the front of a t-shirt. The picture should be no larger than an A4 piece of paper.
Prize: A t-shirt with the winning design for each child in the class.
How to Enter:
To enter a teacher or teaching assistant must send an email to competitions@gbwildlife.co.uk
The email needs to state the school name, address and teacher name.
We will send an email by return with an entry form attached and an address of where to send ‘hard’ entries. If more than one class in the school would like to enter then please photocopy the entry form.
PLEASE NOTE: Only one entry per class is allowed. We suggest you have a mini-competition in class to decide the best.
Competition Rules
- The closing date for entries is Friday July 26th 2008.
- Only one entry per class is allowed.
- This competition is open to school years 1 – 6 (should a year 6 class win then T-Shirts will be sent to the school address and the school will be responsible for arranging collection).
- The decision of the judges (Lorna and Andrew Crystal – Directors of G. B. Wildlife Ltd) is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
- G. B. Wildlife reserves the right to disqualify any design which is offensive, defamatory or otherwise contrary to law, or which in all the circumstances is considered unsuitable.
- Entries can be full colour, but no bigger than A4 size.
- Entries can be sent on A4 white paper, please ensure that they do not get bent or crinkled as this could result in them not being suitable. Sending in a hard-backed envelope will be best OR they can be sent via email. Please scan the image and ensure that it is sent as a high-res (300 dpi) jpeg. G. B. Wildlife takes no responsibility for entries that are damaged or in the case of scanned images not sufficiently high-res.
- The winning class will be notified in September 2008 and prizes will be received by October 2008.
- All images submitted should be the original work of the entrant and copyright free in nature. Any image found not to be in compliance with this rule will be disqualified.
- The winner agrees to assign all rights to the image to G. B. Wildlife Ltd to use in any way it sees fit.
- We will announce the winner of the competition on the website in September along with a copy of the winning design. If the winning class would like to have their photograph displayed this is at the school’s discretion and the school would have to supply the photograph.
